I bought this Kuhn Rikon julienne peeler one mouth ago and I loving it. Most of the time I’m making cucumber and carrots julienne. These julienne are perfect for a stir-fry, salades and also soups. The main reason why I bought this Peeler is the speed at which you can process your vegetables. A cucumber takes less than two minutes. If you trying to make julienne with a knife it takes up to 10 minutes.

Step 1 prepare your vegetables
Wash and prepare your vegetables. If you are working with carrots, first peel them and cut the ends off. If you like short julienne strips, cut the carrot in two.
